Since our founding May 2017, we’ve worked with numerous clients throughout the area. With 2022 making Pristine Cleans 5 Years Old as a family owned company we have learned and have perfected our processes and procedures. We have solidified our brand identity and what type of cleaning experience we would like each and every client to receive. Pristine Cleans is 2021 slowed down operations by 50% to take the entire year (365 days) to train our staff on high level customer service. We wanted to make sure each and every client got their own personal package that was catered to that individuals/business. In our 5 years of business we learned that each client has their own vision of what cleanliness looks like and no two clients are the same. We make sure we outline what that clients cleanliness expectations are clearly then make sure each team member does his/her job to achieve customer satisfaction.

Since inception Pristine Cleans' goal was to be the experts in the field of cleaning and floor/carpet care. Anyone can have a cleaning company but what separates us from the competition is the highly trained cleaning techs and floor techs. We took 2021 to make sure each team member is properly trained on how to clean and take care of a property from top to bottom ex... Mable, Stainless Steel, Granite, Porcelain, Wool, Mosaic Tiles. We break cleaning down to a science to explain what chemicals to use on certain surfaces and why we do it . The "WHY" is very important us because we conducted a study that a Cleaning Technician who has knowledge on the aspects of cleaning that they are performing there cleaning efficiency increases to 92% and the mistakes found decrease to 6.5%. Which results in a 98% customer satisfaction rate.

Next what we did in 2021 Pristine Cleans put our Floor Tech through several trainings so we stand out and shine bright as the leaders in Floor Care in the Pittsburgh Tristate Area. We as a team took courses in the Natural Stone Institute to learn the proper procedures to take care of natural stone such as Marble, Terrazzo, Onyx, Sandstone and many more. We learned about there composition, common quarry techniques, fabrication, and finishing methods.

Lastly Pristine Cleans techs got IICRC Carpet Cleaning Certifications and We are also certified in Carpet Dyeing making us the only Cleaning Company in Pittsburgh and Western PA that is certified to dye carpets whether fixing a spot on a carpet or Full Room Carpet Dyeing. In our Carpet Courses we acquired knowledge on different carpet types, how different carpet fibers are produced, how different carpet fibers are dyed. We also learned the Art of Stain Removal. Its amazing how different stains require different techniques for removal.

We wanted to position ourselves as the experts of all experts in our field in 2022. We here at Pristine Cleans believe we have achieved that. Our goal isn't to be the biggest or the worth the most money. We have to be the perfect size for our clients and be the solution to there cleaning and floor care needs.
